The Origins of SnowBo's Signature Snow
SnowBo's Signature Snow originates from Taiwan, where it was first dreamed up at the bustling Shilin Night Market in Taipei. Known there as Xue Hua Bing (which means "snowflake ice") this treat became wildly popular for it's light, fluffy texture, and melt in your mouth creaminess.
Here's how it works: fresh milk (or almond milk for our vegan snow) is blended with natural flavors, frozen into colorful blocks, and then shaved paper thin into soft, snowy ribbons. The result is something that looks like fluffy snow, tastes like creamy ice cream, and feels completely unique. Top it with fruit, boba, pudding, or any of our many sweet and savory toppings.
